KIV-79 Test Adapter & Monitor
(TAM)
$31,075.00
WebSec’s KIV-79 Test Adapter & Monitor (TAM) is designed to assist in platform integration, maintenance, and testing of the KIV-79 with both transponders and interrogators. The TAM provides real-time monitoring of AIMS 04-9400A messaging and the cryptographic status of the KIV-79, giving engineers and maintainers greater visibility into system performance during development, sustainment, and field testing.
Regularly demonstrated at the AIMS conference, the TAM has become a trusted solution in the IFF community for validating Mode 5 integration and troubleshooting. It also allows testing after a KIV-79 has been removed from a platform or before it is installed, providing flexibility for bench and pre-installation workflows. In addition, the TAM can be used during battery replacement — reporting KIV-79 battery voltage and providing a GO/NO GO test to verify the KIV-79 is operating to factory specifications after the battery change.
